We created a showcase event equal to the standard of award ceremo¬nies to introduce customers to what was possible with new technology.

"It's important to us to show people what they could do and how their event will stand out if they used our technology," said Andrew Thomas, Managing Director. "The emphasis was also on showing people how they could create an event without breaking the bank."

"The more we can show our customers the latest developments in technology and how to use them to create that 'wow' factor, the more they will recognise that working together with us encourages original events that challenge and inspire," Andrew said.

It seems the secret to doing well is to increase, not reduce marketing and communicate effectively with customers.
