Once again ATC has provided ITV with technical and stage support for a televised political debate, this time for the recent EU referendum broadcasts from the Westminster studio.

Assisting ITV with the development and construction of the press and media suite ATC provided a full video, audio, rigging and lighting solution to provide relay of the broadcast from the main studio to journalists.

Video support came from Panasonic PT-RZ12k laser projectors plus 65” and 80” Panasonic LCD screens. Audio support for both the live broadcast and presenters in the press suite was provided by a Yamaha QL5 digital desk with Dante rack, Shure radio mics, and a D&B T Series line array system. Generic lighting from Selecon and Source 4 was used for stage, with Robe Robin 600E moving spots and Prolight SMARTBATS to enhance the area.

A major part of the ATC support package was power distribution, with supplies required at over fifty journalists’ workstations.
